Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of purchase. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll notify you if any delays occur.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Flat Rate: $12.95 USD

Free Shipping:
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope every plant brings joy to your garden, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed to protect both you and our living products.

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Plants must be in original, resalable condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our living products, these items cannot be returned:

  • Container Plants removed from their original pots
  • Perennials showing signs of planting or soil disturbance
  • Fragrant plants that have been opened or used
  • All Proven Winners® plants after 7 days

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Carefully: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging
  4. Ship Back: Send to our nursery at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds appear within 3-5 business days (depending on your financial institution)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Exchanges will be shipped once we receive your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund without requiring return of damaged goods.
