What types of plants do you specialize in?
We specialize in premium quality plants including drought-tolerant varieties, native species, pollinator-friendly plants, fragrant blooms, evergreens, container plants, ground covers, and Proven Winners® selections. Our collection is carefully curated to help you create beautiful, thriving gardens.
Are your plants suitable for container gardening?
Yes! We offer a special selection of Container Plants that thrive in pots and planters. Many of our other plants can also adapt well to container living with proper care.
Do you have plants that attract pollinators?
Absolutely! We’re proud to offer an extensive range of Pollinator Friendly plants that attract bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects to your garden.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience and security.
Can I create an account to track my orders?
Currently, we process orders as guest checkouts, but all orders receive detailed tracking information via email. We’re working on account features for future gardening seasons!
How do I modify or cancel my order?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We proudly deliver worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions) from our home in Colorado Springs. Our plants have found homes in gardens across North America, Europe, and beyond!
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
Your plants are carefully packaged in sturdy gallon containers when appropriate, with seasonal considerations to ensure they arrive healthy. We treat every order with the care your future garden deserves!

Returns & Guarantee

What if my plants arrive damaged?
Our 15-day satisfaction guarantee has you covered! Contact us at [email protected] with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right with replacements or a refund.
Can I return plants if they don’t thrive in my garden?
While we can’t accept returns for plants that simply don’t thrive (gardening is an adventure!), we stand by our 15-day guarantee for plants that arrive in poor condition. Our team is always happy to offer care advice to help your plants succeed.
